These condos are professionally decorated and have a great view of the Harbor Landing Marina. The Bienville floor plan accommodates 6 people and the Dauphine floor plan can accommodate 8 individuals. Amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub, picnic and grilling area, clubhouse, private balconies, a two-minute trip to the beach and a 15-minute drive to the casinos in Biloxi. The average costs for a 1-week stay in-season is $825 to $1025, depending on the floor plan selected.
Key West Commons Condos
Located in East Gulfport, the Key West Commons condos newly built after Hurricane Katrina. These pastel colored buildings reminiscent of Key West offer the weary traveler a cost effective means of vacationing along the Mississippi coastline. These condos can accommodate up to 8 individuals and some units are pet-friendly as well. Amenities include completely furnished condos, a pool, private balconies and washers and dryers. The price for these condos for a 1-week stay is $875 in-season and $750 off-season.
Legacy Oaks Towers I and II
The Legacy Oaks Towers Condos are located in Gulfport and offer panoramic views of the beachfront area. If a luxury high-rise condo appeals to you, beautiful rooms can be rented that will accommodate up to 10 people. A penthouse suite is also available for the discriminating traveler. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, bar, a private gated entrance, wet bars in all units and a putting green on site. Prices range from $1250 to $1770 a week while in-season and $1050 to $1625 a week during the off-season.
Magnolia Gardens Condos
Located in Biloxi, Magnolia Gardens Condos are two-miles away from the casinos and directly across from the beach, these condos are perfect for traveling families. These condos have two different floor plans, which accommodate either 5 or 7 individuals. Offering all of the amenities from home and an outdoor pool, these condos can be rented for $2750 per month. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit.
Oak Glen Condos
The Oak Glen Condos are located within the Oak Glen Marina on Fort Bayou. The beaches and casinos of Biloxi are just minutes away. One, two or three bedroom fully furnished non-smoking waterfront condos are available. Amenities include three swimming pools, two tennis courts and many are pet-friendly with an additional deposit. Prices range from $575 to $950 per week, depending upon time of year and size of condo.
Sea Breeze Condos
Located in Biloxi, the Sea Breeze Condos offer luxury within walking distance to the casinos and are also adjacent to the beachfront. Choose from two bedroom, two bath or four bedroom, two bath floor plans. Amenities include private balconies, whirlpool tubs in the master bedrooms, poolside cabanas, outdoor pools, fitness center, elevators and much more. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this condo community. Weekly rental rates for these upscale condos range from $1195 to $1495 per week, depending upon the time of year.
