The five restaurants at the Blue Bay Getaway Spa Resort range from elegant dining to casual. Among the choices are:
- El Embarcadero - This large buffet-style restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with different theme dinners each night of the week.
- The Village Wok - This oceanfront restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers Asian favorites with a lovely view of the water.
- Il Piacere - The resort's romantic, gourmet Italian restaurant.
- Bella Vista - This open-air beachfront eatery serves snacks and light lunch entrees by day and transforms into a romantic seafood restaurant at night.
- Las Margaritas - This open-air restaurant in the center of the resort serves a late morning Continental breakfast, a buffet-style Mexican dinner, and late afternoon and late night snacks.
